Brett is a seasoned chief executive with 40 years of experience in private and public metals and mining businesses across the spectrum of microcap to large cap, multi-asset mining operations.

Brett brings a strong and proven track record of success, including major investment returns and strategic exits for shareholders at Katanga Mining, Avocet plc, and Pasofino Gold. Current major holdings in Gold X2 (formerly Goldshore Resources), Midnight Sun Mining, and Stratex Resources are still incubating, each currently over 10X in accumulated value.

Focused in Africa for the past 20+ years, his experience ranges from greenfield/brownfield exploration, project development, project construction, operational management and strategic business development. Brett has built 3 mines in his career and completed a successful rehabilitation and transformation on 2 others – as well as holding senior executive positions in large majors from 1985-2005, such as Co-Steel Inc. and Kinross Gold Corporation.

Currently managing Richards Enterprises Inc., a Bahamas based single family office with strategic investments in mining and metals; post consumer goods recycling into new consumer goods; real estate; and a cryptocurrency trading platform.

Pete Flindell

Peter Flindell is a veteran exploration geologist with over 40 years of global experience and a track record of contributing to discoveries exceeding 22 million ounces of gold. Over his career, he has played a key role in the discovery, development, and expansion of nine gold and copper operations across Southeast Asia, Central Asia, West Africa, Central Africa, Europe, and Central America.

Peter has held senior leadership positions with major and mid-tier mining companies, including 12 years with Newmont Mining and 11 years with Avocet Mining, as well as a senior operational role with Gold X2 Mining, where he is currently advancing the Moss Gold Project in Canada. Since 2012, he has also led and advised global exploration and development programs through his consultancy, Signal Delta, bringing deep technical expertise across multiple deposit styles and commodities.

His rare combination of technical rigour, hands-on discovery success, and real-world mine-building experience makes him a cornerstone addition to Zodiac Gold’s advisory team as the Company advances its district-scale land package in Liberia toward resource definition and development.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
