David is a start-up executive with more than 22 years experience in venture funding, business development, marketing and executive management. David is the founder and COO of Zodiac Gold where he has been responsible for management of operations and government relations. Prior to Zodiac Gold, David held senior management roles in Global Media Group Holdings, The Players Network (pntv.ob), and Interactive Enterprises where he worked on projects for Sony, Wink Communications, Netcom, US West (now Qwest Communications), BskyB, and JskyB. David currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the American International School, Monrovia, and is on the steering committee for the Overseas Security Advisory Council, a US Department of State JV with the public sector. David holds a B.Sc. (Economics) from University of California, and an A.A. (Criminal Justice) from Diablo Valley College.
Rudolph has 45 years’ finance and administration experience in Africa, mainly in Liberia, DRC, Uganda, CAR and South Africa. His experience covers all aspects of finance and administration, from junior to major companies specializing in the mining sector. Rudolph was the Finance Controller for MNG Gold Kokoya gold mine in Liberia and has operated as Country and Financial Manager for several companies, including Gulf Resources, Geosearch International, Pan African Resources, Pangea DiamondFields, AMB Mining, Xstrata and various others. Rudolph holds a B. Comm and a Certificate in Financial Accounting from UNISA, South Africa.
Douglas Cater P. Geo, FGC, is a professional geologist with more than 35 years of experience in the gold mining and exploration business gained while working with senior-tier Canadian-based mining and exploration companies. Most recently, Mr. Cater served as Vice President Exploration (Canada) for Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd., Mr. Cater held several management positions such as Vice President Exploration for St-Andrews Goldfields Ltd. and Project Manager for Sabina Gold and Silver where he guided a team which discovered Llama, Umwelt, and Echo at Goose Lake deposits at the Back River Project in Nunavut. Mr. Cater also worked in senior positions for Placer Dome, Kinross, and Barrick Gold at its Bulyanhulu gold mine in Tanzania. Mr. Cater is currently a Director for Sierra Metals Inc., Harte Gold Corp, Mayfair Gold Corporation and a Technical Advisor to Prosper Gold Corp. Douglas has a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from the University of Waterloo and is a registered Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and a Fellow of Geoscientists Canada.
Denis Clement is a highly experienced international business executive with over 30 years’ experience in finance, M&A, banking and management, primarily in the finance, oil and gas, mining and tech industries having raised over $1 billion in debt and equity in various industries including the resource business. Mr. Clement has been a founder and Director of a number of successful resource, technology and finance companies. In particular, he was founding President of CGX Energy Inc. and the founder of Omai Gold Mines, both TSX-V listed companies and has been involved in finance and business in many different international jurisdiction. Denis has a B.Comm from Concordia University, a LL.B from the University of Ottawa and a LL.M from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London.
